ScoreNest app — score sheets for card, dice, darts, lawn and board games.

1. Who we are

ScoreNest is published by FiConseils (French SASU, registered in Bordeaux under number 851 160 242), under its BubbleNest brand, 18 rue Thérèse, 33560 Carbon-Blanc, France. For any question about this policy or your data: support@bubblenest.fr.

2. What the app does not collect

ScoreNest works without an account and without any BubbleNest server. Your players, games, scores and settings are stored only on your phone, and in its system backup if you turned it on (iCloud on iPhone, Google on Android). BubbleNest cannot access them.

The app contains no ads, no analytics tools, no advertising identifier and no cross-app tracking.

3. Purchases (premium)

Purchases are paid for and processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play): BubbleNest never sees any payment details.

To check whether premium is active, the app uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., United States). RevenueCat receives:

• an anonymous identifier created by the app, which does not reveal who you are;
• the purchase information sent by the store (product, date, status of the subscription or lifetime purchase);
• technical information about the device (model, system version, store country).

RevenueCat receives no game data (no players, games or scores). The transfer to the United States is covered by the GDPR safeguards included in RevenueCat’s terms. Its policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.

4. Exporting your games

When you export your games, the app creates a file that you share wherever you like (e-mail, cloud storage, another phone). The file does not go through BubbleNest.

5. Messages to support

If you write to us, we use your e-mail address and message only to reply. Your message may include the anonymous purchase identifier, if you choose to send it, so we can check a purchase. We delete these exchanges on request.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Since BubbleNest holds none of your game data, you manage it directly in the app (delete a game or a player, or uninstall the app). For any request: support@bubblenest.fr. You may also contact the French data protection authority (CNIL).

7. Children

ScoreNest is not specifically aimed at children, and BubbleNest collects no data about its users, whatever their age.

8. Changes

This policy may change; the update date is shown at the top of the page. Any new service receiving data will be added here before it goes live.
