ScoreNest app, published by FiConseils (French SASU, registered in Bordeaux under number 851 160 242), under its BubbleNest brand.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the ScoreNest app. By using it, you accept them. Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

2. Free access

Without an account or ads, the app gives free access to free play and to 3 games of your choice from the whole catalogue. This choice can be changed once every 30 days.

3. Premium

Premium unlocks every game in the catalogue, now and to come, as well as player stats and themes. It is offered:

as a monthly or yearly subscription, renewed automatically by the store until cancelled; the yearly subscription may include a free trial, shown before purchase;
as a lifetime purchase, paid once.

The price is shown in the app before any purchase. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple or Google, under their own terms: cancel a subscription in your Apple or Google account settings, at least 24 hours before it renews.

If premium ends, you keep access to your history and the games already played; a game in progress is never blocked.

A purchase belongs to the Apple or Google account that made it: “restore my purchases”, in the settings, brings it back on another device using the same store. It does not move from one store to the other.

On iPhone, Apple Family Sharing applies to the yearly subscription and the lifetime purchase. Google Play does not allow in-app purchases to be shared.

5. Game rules and score calculation

The rules shown are a reminder: every table may play its own variants. Scores are calculated in good faith from what you enter; check them when something is at stake.

6. Your data

Your players and games stay on your phone. You are responsible for backing them up (phone backup or export from the app).

7. Changes

We may change the app, its catalogue and its features. Lifetime purchases remain valid for premium features.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought first: support@bubblenest.fr. You may also use a consumer mediator free of charge.
